From what time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 16:00. Arriving later than 20:00? Just let us know and we will make sure everything is ready for a relaxed arrival.

Until what time can I check out?

Check-out is possible until 10:00. Want to stay a bit longer? Feel free to ask us about late check-out options.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Due to our strict hygiene regulations, we cannot allow pets in the accommodations. Of course, we always make an exception for officially registered assistance dogs.

Is bed linen included in the booking?

Yes, bed linen is already on the beds on arrival. Would you like extra comfort? Then choose made-up beds as an option when booking. How relaxing!"

Is WiFi available at the park?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all bungalows.

What happens if I cancel my reservation?

Our cancellation policy is listed in the general rental conditions. We recommend taking out travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Do the bungalows have a private terrace?

Yes! Each bungalow has a generous private terrace with garden furniture. So you can fully enjoy the peace and nature.

Are the bungalows non-smoking?

All accommodation is completely non-smoking. Smoking is of course allowed outside on the terrace.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, when booking we require a deposit of 40%. You will pay the remaining amount no later than 30 days before arrival.

How can I pay?

Payment is easy via bank transfer.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

You can do so according to our terms and conditions. We recommend that you also consider cancellation insurance when booking.

Will I receive confirmation of my reservation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after your booking.

Are children welcome?

Sure! We warmly welcome families with children.

Are there cooking facilities available?

Yes, every bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen.

How do I get to the Johannes-Hoeve by public transport?

From Venlo station, Baarlo is easily reached by bus. Then take a short walk or taxi to our park.

Are cleaning costs and tourist tax included in the price?

The cleaning fee is included in the price. Tourist tax is calculated separately and is clearly stated when booking.

What happens in case of damage or problems during the stay?

Contact us directly. We are happy to solve it quickly and hospitably.
