*Reservation and cancellation
1.1. A request for reservation of a holiday home is made via the site www.johanneshoevebaarlo.nl or another site affiliated with B&B Johannes-Hoeve, by email or telephone. Confirmation is sent by email with a request
to down payment.
1.2. The deposit must be paid to the
account as stated in the confirmation e-mail.
1.3. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is confirmed and the
rental agreement. Cancellation by the lessee after this confirmation shall therefore incur costs
due.
1.4. In case of cancellation by tenant within 2 months before arrival date, a
fee of 25% of the net rent (i.e. excluding costs and deposit) with a
minimum of 200 euro; for cancellation within 1 month before arrival date, this amounts to
fee half the net rent.
1.5. The Tenant shall arrange its own cancellation insurance if required.
1.5.0 The minimum calculated length of stay is 4 days unless otherwise agreed.
*Payment
1.5.1. The rental sum (including deposit) shall be paid, at the option of the tenant, partly in cash or fully via bank

1.5.2. On full payment of the rent via bank, the deposit is 40% and the remainder must be
paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
1.5.3. For bookings within 4 weeks before arrival with full payment via bank, the

*Deposit
6.1. The tenant pays a deposit. This must be paid in cash on arrival.

inventory and/or living quarters or if payment obligations have not been met.

the actual consumption of energy will be charged extra.
6.5. If, in the opinion of the manager, there is serious soiling of the house, the

*Liability
7.1. No rentals will be made to persons under 21 years of age. Without an accompanying elder, at
